  Special Dinner at Oxford

  On Wednesday evening Yusuf attended a special dinner at the Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies in honour of HRH Prince Charles, who turned 60 last year.

  Hosted by Magdalen College, the event was attended by ambassadors, patrons of the arts and high profile academics. Prince Charles, himself a patron of the Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies, met Yusuf at the dinner and was given a personal introduction to the forthcoming musical Moonshadow.

  The OXCIS was established in 1985 to encourage the scholarly study of Islam, and is housed in a magnificent new building that encompasses both classic English and Islamic architectural styles. Click here to read more about the centre.
