Roadsinger Ltd Edition 7" Single

The title track from Yusuf’s acclaimed ‘Roadsinger’ album is to be released as a limited edition double A-side 7” single, and it’s out Monday 20th July.

The accompanying song is the amazing ‘Boots & Sand’ featuring Paul McCartney and Dolly Parton, no less.

1. Got my copy on my birthday (July 24) and I was lucky enough to get a signed lyric sheet!!! Just wondering why it wasn't the lyrics to "Boots and Sand"? And really wish I could get my hands on a "WANTED" poster! Oh well, you can't have everything...but it doesn't hurt to expect great things!! Thanks Yusuf for all you do!! Richina

18. Got my copy today and was so excited, felt like a child again. wasn't one of the first 50 but at least I've got a copy. Happy birthday Yusuf, mine tomorrow but I've already got my best present. If you do another tour of the UK and I hope you do I would love it if you would sign my record for me. Here's to waiting for that tour. You were the first person I ever saw in concert, that was for my 13th or 14th birthday in Oxford with Linda Lewis. I have never forgotten that special time.

22. I have pre-ordered my copy of Boots & Sand, it would appear though that all copies have now sold, as there is no longer a listing for it on the Townsend website. There is something special about vinyl, I used to love buying singles when I was in my teens. I'm looking forward to receiving B & S, loved the video for it too. 23. coming from the past when there was only turntables, when as a 13 or 14 year old started my journey of being totally in love with Cat Stevens ( as i thought at the time )and his music. It seems fitting to have a 7" record that i can treasure. I really hope that i am one of the 1st 50 but i wont hold my breath. i bought it as a birthday present to myself which is 22nd of july the day after the great man himself.
