Yusuf in Concert: First Concerts in the Middle East

We are happy to announce two upcoming shows of Yusuf. On the 16th of February Yusuf will be performing in Qatar (http://www.mia.org.qa/english/#others/currentevent). On the 18th of February Yusuf will be performing in Lebanon, Beirut, at the Beiteddine Art Festival!

8. So happy to hear about this!! I will be bringing my 3 year old daughter. Welcome to Qatar!! I noticed it says the concert in Doha is free but they are announcing here that the tickets will be 210QR which is about $60. Yikes! The VIP tickets are 750QR.

Peace to everyone, this is sooooooo funny I was actually going to lebanon in February but then me and my family made it in December because i never thought that yusuf would be in the Middle east around this time, oh well hope to see you in the future Yusuf. By the way i'm from the south of Lebanon and I know what its like to live in war I was there in 2006 the 33 day war on the South of Lebanon. I'm actually writing this comment while listening to the Blackness of the Night. Peace to all.

19. Peace be with you and your family. Last year, my wife and I traveled from South Florida,US to Rotterdam just to enjoy spending the evening listening to your music at the Ahoy. It was sort of a bucket list item for both of us growing up in the US in the 70's having never had the opportunity to see and listen to you and the band in concert before. The experience was more than we had hoped for and thank you for that. Most suprisingly was to see older and young families of many culturals and religious expressions at the concert. In particular, and most enjoyable, there was a young Muslim girl with her family just behind us that spent most of the concert smiling and singing along with you while you covered the span of 40 years of ballads and signature songs. Many of which were more recent that both my wife and I had not heard before from the new album. Thank you for sharing the writing, the music, and most of all your consistent message of peace and personal good will and enrichment of the heart and mind. Hope we have the opportunity to share another evening with you again in the near future. Encha-alla.
