How Did His Catholic Upbringing Affect Him?
My Catholic upbringing was important in that it laid down the parameters of right and wrong, which for a young kid growing up in the midst of London’s West End was fairly vital I’d say.
The Nuns at school were nice but they could also be really tough. There were a few givens which I delayed questioning till I was able to understand better.
