Where Was He Born?
I was born July 21st, 1948, in London and named Steven Demetre Georgiou. I adopted the name Cat Stevens in 1965 and later changed it to Yusuf Islam on 4th July 1978. It’s interesting to note that, according to the Islamic Lunar calendar, I was born during the days of the full Moon on the 14th of Ramadan, 1367.
