  1. Is it true that Yusuf lived in Brazil during the production of this album? I was only 10 at that time.

  3. Apart from "Mona Bone Jakon", which was the first LP i've ever bought, after all those years ( I'm age 45 now ) "Numbers" is my favourite Cat Stevens-Album. I simply love the variety and artistical poetncy it reveals... this choice may appear a little strangte for a man who, normally, doesn't really like "Musicals" at all... this may be the big exception because it's HIS ( Yusufs' ) ! It's hard to pick special favourites here, but "Majik of Majiks" is making it for me.

Hermosa musica.

  5. Anyone know if it is possible to buy 'Numbers' and 'Izitso' on CD? I have the LP's but sadly have no means of playing them anymore. The release of 'roadsinger' has brought back my enthusiasm for all of the old Cat Stevens albums! KC ruth

Webmaster's reply: Yes, both albums are available on CD.

  6. The one I later discovered, years later when I already knew all other albums by heart and I remember what a joy it was to find it there on the shelf of a music store, waiting for me; Novim's Nightmare is excellent as is Jzero, Home and the instrumental Whistlestar. An album with the word Musical all over it.
