  1. This album truly raised me from a child into a man between the ages of 12 and 22. I still listen to it three to four times a week on CD. Thank you Cat, or Yusuf, for making me a man, for telling me that my feelings were valid, for helping me love, and allowing me to accept myself for who I am. You were my first hero, and you remain my only hero in this crazy world. I owe you so much. I wish I could give back, but the best I can do is continue to introduce all of your music, past and present, to all of the people I care about in my life. Thank you.

  3. This is really wonderful to have this site. It is at all possible to obtain the really early LPs in CD form, i.e. Matthew & Son, New Masters, Mona Bone Jakon, Catch Bull at Four and Buddha and the Chocolate Box. I have all the albums and would just love copies of the CDs. It's really great to see Yusuf playing and singing again. Music is a great peacemaker.

  4. Hi, I just have one question: Can this album be sold in Mexico? Because I have searched for it in many mix up stores (the greatest cd store in Mexico city) and I can't find it.

  6. There is still the most magical musical to be made from this album and some of the songs from Matthew and Son. The songs are already perfectly arranged. All that is needed is a theatre, the cast and someone to back it!! I'm sure it would run forever, and would have happened back in the late 60's if Steven (Yusuf) had not been so ill with TB.

  7. Dear Steven, (well you said that was your name... and I didn't know that one day you would change it.) I love New Masters and Matthew and Son because they take me back to the time I met you in a little club in Stockport, when I was just 16 and you were 18. Makes it seem like just a whisper ago. Love all the later songs, too, though!! You went very Greek on Catch Bull at Four!! Love from a Greek Mountain Girl.
